Anthony Thigpenn: “We always want to make people feel comfortable that they don’t need to be experts to go talk to people. So they don’t feel like they have to be a lawyer or they have to answer everything about initiatives to be able to talk to people. We always give reference numbers so if the voter wants more information there’s a place they can call, and somebody’s who’s armed with more detailed information. So that they precinct walker doesn’t have to be insecure that they don’t know every single thing and therefore they can’t go out and talk to voters.”
