Robby Rodriguez: “We have like a web presence when we’re doing this work that we direct folks to that’s pretty focused and specific on what we’re talking to them about on the phone and on the door. So when the new mail piece goes out, that gets featured on our website, for example. So when people get it at their home and they choose to log on, that’s the message that’s going to be reinforced when they go on the website. […] We are recording the traffic on our website and we have noticed peaks and valleys depending on the level of activity that’s going on in the field. So for example when we started running radio ads in Carlsbad we can see a spike. And with some confidence we can attribute it to different activity that we’re doing.”
