PTP: “And each person will have one of those?”

Risa: “Each team will have one. Yeah, and it’s divided into odds and evens so ideally, a team of two, one person will take the odd side of the street, the other will take the even side of the street. […] Each barcode here on the list is a voter. So when you go and contact Nancy and you get a response from her, we’d come back and I’d ‘wand’ in her voter ID and a response for Nancy on our key.”
