Bineshi Albert: "So we were able to take the coalition of folks that we were working with – the organization itself and some other community organizations around – and form a campaign called Stop Tax Waste, which was to educate people about the street bond issue. […] And yeah, even the name had a very sort of strategic meaning for the campaign and what we wanted to accomplish. You know, who wanted to argue with – you know, we want to stop tax waste, tax waste is bad!"
