Bineshi Albert: “We have been using barcode scanners for a good while. […] This year was the first year we were able to have one of our own. We’ve always used other people’s barcode scanners. But it’s just so much easier for data-entry, which is sometimes a very critical thing for an election, to know where we need to focus on, based on people’s responses or do we need to change the message a little bit. And being able to get data entry done quickly is essential and so the barcode scanners have been pretty key to that.”
